business operations started in Calcutta in the late 1920's, and during
this period the fragrance and perfumery market was in its unorganized
state when
consumers bought attars and perfume only for festive occasions. We were
then selling imported empty perfume bottles and corks which was a major
trade in that era. In harmony with the changes that took place in the
market we gradually entered the business of formulation of Fragrances
and flavours.
Presently we are one of the leading manufacturers of perfumery
compounds and Natural Essential Oils in India, and we are fulfilling
the needs of various industries like Cosmetics, Toiletries, Tobacco,
Hair Oils, Aerosols and
Agarbathi Industries.
To cover the South Indian market we branched out in Bangalore during
the early nineties in the name and style of M/s. Aroma Trading Company.
Our major concentration in the Bangalore market where we are exploiting
the abundance of agarbathi manufacturing units and other perfume
oriented industries. This company has also been registered in the Small
Scale sector.. M/s. Asma Aromatics was established in 1996 purely as a
blending unit for manufacturing perfumery compounds, with the quality
of production at par with the highest standards in the country. Our aim
is to meet the requirements of reputed Indian and overseas multi
national companies.
